Thinking about placing a Custom Order? Here at Nails By Honey we want to make your experience with us as easy as possible. You can place an order a couple of ways.
Send us a message within our chat here on our site, we'll respond to you as soon as we can. Contact us via email at LUXNAILSBYHONEY@GMAIL.COM or send us a Direct Message @OFFICIALNAILSBYHONEY on Instagram with your Name, Email & Details: i.e. sizing, colors, length, shape, crystals, glitters, etc. Nail ideas & photos are always welcomed.
STEPS TO COMPLETING A CUSTOM ORDER:
1. Response within 24 hours
2. Finalize Payment (payment needs to be completed in order to fulfill your order)
3. Turnaround Time 7-14 business days (excludes weekends)
4. Domestic Shipping | 5-7 business days AFTER order fulfillment.
Rush Order (domestic) | 2 business days
International Shipping | 2-3 weeks
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & TAXES: Buyers are responsible for any customs & import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
