At Nails By Honey we like to ship out our orders as quickly & efficient as possible. All nail sets & t-shirts are 100% custom, our processing time is 7-14 business days (excludes weekends). We ship out orders that are (Nail Decals & Accessories) within 48-72 hours business hours (excludes weekends) after being placed.

 

Custom Orders are fulfilled within 7-14 business days (depending on communication with the client) & ships within 5-7 business days.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE:

Once the package is with the carrier, Nails By Honey is not responsible if your order has been lost, stolen or returned to us for any number of reasons:

 

1. The address does not exist or is incorrect

2. The addressee has moved without providing a forwarding address

3. The item is refused by the addressee

4. The package was lost or stolen

 

We will reship your order! If your order has been sent back & you'd like to receive your order with faster shipping (2 day shipping) simply choose, "RUSH SHIPPING" within our other options. (see nail supplies)
