1. How long does it take to process my order?

Processing time is between 7-14 business days (excludes weekends). I ask you to allow the full processing time prior to sending an email.

2. Can I expedite my order?

 No, unfortunately since I am a team of one, all orders are processed in the order they are received. If you need your order by a certain date please reach out via chat.

3. Do you ship International?

 Yes, I offer shipping all across the world.

4. Are you gel polishes organic or vegan?

 The gel polishes I use are Organic & 9 Toxin Free Gel, they are free from: Formaldehyde, Dibutyl Phthalate, Toluene, Parabens, Sulfates, Camphor, Triphenyl Phosphate, Xylene & Ethyl Tosylamide.

5. How long will my nails last?

 With proper nail prep, up to 2 weeks. 1-2 days if your using the adhesive tabs. In your nail kit, you'll receive instructions on applying & removing your nails.

6. What are your types of payment?

 We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay, Klarna, Discovery. Presently, we cannot accept checks, direct debit requests, nor money orders.

7. Do you do gift boxing?

 Yes, if your purchasing sets as a gift & you need it specialty wrapped I can do that for you just send over an email about your gift ideas.

8. Are the nail reusable?

Yes, using adhesive tabs will help the nails stay in touch. Nail glue users please use an e-file drill to remove any remaining glue from removal.

10. What if my nails don't fit?

Due to the nature that our products are 100% handmade we are not responsible for the wrong size. We always recommend to correctly measure nails according to the measurement chart or order a "Sizing Kit' to find your perfect fit. (see nail supplies)

11. What are you nails made from?

Using some of today's best soft nail tips made from gel unlike plastic tips. Numerous layers of gel polish. We also offer "Extra Nail Strength" layer of hard gel which makes the nails strong yet flexible enough to fit comfortably on your nails.
